The 2008 NCO and Soldier of the Year competition will be held 16 - 18 Jun here at Ft. Benning. The awards presentation/ceremony will be here at the RHQ atrium at 1630 on the 18th. Also, this year 2 Platoon Leaders will be selected from each Bn to compete for the 1st annual Ralph Puckett leadership award.

The US Army Ranger Association, Inc., (USARA), is a Georgia Corporation organized, for tax purposes, as a Tax Exempt Organization pursuant to the provisions of Internal Revenue Code Section 501 (c) (19). Accordingly, cash and appreciated assets such as stocks, bonds, airplanes etc. contributed to the USARA are deductible by the donor based upon the assets' market value on the date of the contribution or gift.
